What this is

HC Item Alert is an independent service. It is not run by, affiliated with, or endorsed by the High Court for the State of Telangana or the NIC. It reads information the court publishes publicly.

An early warning, not the official record

Alerts depend on the court’s website, mobile networks, and your phone allowing notifications. The court’s own board warns of delays in what it shows. Alerts can therefore be late or, rarely, missed. Always confirm the position at the court. We are not responsible for a matter missed, adjourned or dismissed because an alert was late, wrong or did not arrive.

Your account

Give a correct name and mobile number, keep your access code to yourself, and use the service only for your own or your office’s matters. Do not try to overload, copy or misuse the service or the court’s website through it. We may suspend an account that does.

Subscription

A free trial lets you try the service first. After that, an access code issued against your UPI payment gives the stated number of days. Prices and trial length are shown in the app and may change; a change never shortens days already granted. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

Changes and availability

We may improve, change or pause features, especially when the court changes its website. If the service ends, we will tell subscribers in the app and refund unused paid days.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
